If possible rewrite all the files directly? or It must reinstall wordpress 4.5.2?
The .po and .mo files are in wp-content/languages and in wp-content/themes/designfolio-child/languages.
I tried to uninstall all plugins and I changed the theme, to see if there was some interference, but remains in English ??

i found a similar problem with Bandi.
I resolved changing via ftp the folder name from bandi to Bandi (with uppercase) in wp-content\plugins\pafacile\Bandi\elenco.php in this way the request file is found. ??

I resolved this problem when i follow the instructions suggested here:

I insert <?php wp_footer(); ?> in footer.php, because my theme does not have it.
