In reply to: [Bento] Add social media icons to menuI’m still trying add social media icons to the menu. I’ve tried adding the FontAwesome codes for specific icons (ie. <i class=”fab fa-linkedin”></i>) into the Custom Link “Navigation Label” field, but this doesn’t work. I get a small box with a few lines inside.
How can I trouble shoot this?

In reply to: [Bento] No images on Mobile version of my siteI solved this issue by changing the settings in Jetpack – specifically I turned off “Serve images from our servers”
I don’t know why this made the difference, but hopefully it will help someone else with the same problem.

In reply to: [Bento] No images on Mobile version of my siteHi, the site isn’t live yet – it’s behind a ‘Coming Soon’ page. Is there a way I can send you the login details privately?

In reply to: [Bento] Setting up Masonry FormatPossible answers:
I’ve dug a bit deeper, and think that I may have some answers, as much of site is now working. I think most of this is due to activating the SiteOrigin Widget “Simple Masonry Layout”. You can find it under Plugins – SiteOrigin Widgets. I’ve also ensured that the page that features Posts is using the Grid template (Page Attributes – Template – Grid).
1) Posts now have many more options, but I haven’t tested this on Projects. I’ve decided to go with Posts as I know they’ll respond to SEO.
2) The new-found Posts options (scroll to the bottom) now include controls for tile size (dimensions of the featured image in the masonry format) ie. 1×1, 1×2, 2×2, 2×1, etc.
3) I managed to get a masonry format without resorting to PageBuilder.
4) If it’s as simple as activating the Simple Masonry Plugin, then maybe this could be highlighted in the manual?
5) Roll-over/hover attributes of masonry tile images can be easily customised via the options that now appear on each post page (scroll to the bottom).
Now that I’ve got this working, I’m surprised by the number of options and ease of customisation. Great work Sentori!
Thank you!

In reply to: [Bento] Setting up Masonry FormatAddendum:
5) How are the roll-over attributes of images altered? i.e. the demo images in your Masonry formats (i.e. Masonry Page: 4 Columns), have different hover/roll-over colours, whereas all of mine default to grey. How do I alter mine?

In reply to: WP Gallery showing ALL media filesStill having difficulty solving this issue.
I’ve tried the solution recommended here:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/two-galleries-in-one-post
(creating two diff. galleries on seperate pages and linking to them)and this solution:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/multiple-galleries-1
(using gallery exclude/include to split content)Either way, when viewing there are two galleries on a page, and one is viewed as a carousel (after clicking on any image in the gallery to view full size), it is possible to view images in both galleries.

In reply to: WP Gallery showing ALL media filesActually, not quite. The above solution appears to work if there is only one gallery on a page.
Anyone know how to fix this if there are two galleries on a page?

In reply to: WP Gallery showing ALL media filesSolved: Requires editing the shortcode for each gallery to replace ‘ids’ with ‘includes’.
Found the solution here:

In reply to: WP Gallery showing ALL media filesI’ve just deactivated all plugins and activated default Twenty Fourteen theme. Same result. You can try both of the above links again if you want to see it yourself.

In reply to: WP Gallery showing ALL media filesHi Esmi,
I’ve tried creating a new gallery outside of the text widget. Same result.
You can see it here:
https://www.jeremiahkrage.co.uk/site/thyme-travel/Also created another page, with the same gallery, without the Pagebuilder plugin. Result is the same:

In reply to: WP Gallery showing ALL media filesWhen you click on the first thumbnail, in order to view the image in a larger size, you have a basic carousel – able to click on ‘Previous’ and ‘Next’ images to navigate.
Click on the ‘Previous’ option a couple of times and you’ll find yourself looking at images in the Media Library, but not in the original gallery of thumbnails.
