    ***NOTE***
CommentLuv did release version 2.6.4 (per the readme file), and that’s actually what I was using…but it shows up on the WordPress plugins page as version 2.6.3.

it is v.2.6.4 that is the culprit…we’ll have to wait for 2.6.5 to come out & fix the issue.

    I figured it out.

It’s caused by the CommentLuv plugin they just upgraded to version 2.6.3 conflicting with WP 2.7. Just deactivate this plugin, or downgrade to 2.6.2 until they release a new update…

I posted about it in their support forums here and blogged about it here on eJabs.

I am having this same issue! I cannot add any images to a post because when I click on the “Add any media” links, WordPress tries to navigate my full window to the file upload screen instead of just popping up a new miniature window.

Let it be noted that I upgraded to 2.7 around 3-4 weeks ago and the media upload was working fine…until today.

Recently added plugins are WP Security & Mailpress. I have deactivated & even uninstalled the plugins, but am still having the same problem.

I have tested this on two computers & am experiencing the same issue on both.

    Please help.

    Same problem here.

Also, when you remove a category, WordPress claims to move those posts to the “Default Category”…well I’ve been working with it for a few hours now & it doesn’t work.

The worst part is I saw it work once, but every other time my default category post count never increased when deleting a different category (and no, the post were not already added to the default category).

This part of wordpress obviously needs some work & improvement. Overall though…the app is killer!

    I take it back.

This is NOT WORKING for me.

Even if the posts in the category I’m deleting are not also in my default category…when I delete the category…the posts are NOT moved to the default category.

Well…more precisely, sometimes they are & sometimes they are not. Frustrating

Yeah…this works…just be careful that you don’t think it’s not working. I changed my default category then deleted a category (to have the posts moved to that category) and the post count on the default category never changed! But…that was because all the posts in that category, were already in the default category too.

    Thanks,

Apparently it is a problem quite a few others are experiencing as well.

    See this thread.

    I’m having the same problem.

When I search for a plugin, it works fine and the plugins come up. However, if the search results return more than 2 pages, I always get this error on the 2nd to last search results page only:

Warning: unserialize() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in /path_to_my_blog/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 45

    An unknown error occured

Here is what line 45 of ‘/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php’ contains:

    $res = unserialize($request['body']);

Not sure what the problem is or what to do to fix it.

    Thanks,

    Matt

5115…how did you fix this? I’m having the same problem!

    Please help!

    Matt
