Thank you for your response. In my case I need the special characters because I would like to add an svg data URL as background image. However, of course I can place it anywhere else. I was just hoping I could use the custom CSS field for my custom CSS as well ??

Unfortunately, it is not possible to create such inline blocks. But it is an interesting idea. I will add it to my list and check what options WordPress offers for this. However, since it requires a different technology than normal blocks, it will probably not be available any time soon.

Unfortunately, own block categories are not supported by the current version either. This is a feature that will definitely come in the future, but I’m not sure yet if it will be included in the free version or only in the Pro version.

I am sorry that I do not have any solutions for your requirements at the moment.

This would make implementation a bit easier, but would still be a lot of work. By the way, adding features is something only the main developer and owner of the plugin can do, so I myself can’t do that. I’ve only made one pull request in the past that was accepted by the plugin owner, so I’m tagged as a contributor here. Since the plugin owner isn’t very active, I’m not sure if a pull request with this feature would be accepted. In fact, I’ve been waiting for another pull request of mine to be processed for 3 months. So ???♂?

That actually sounds like an interesting feature.

However, due to WordPress’ internal logic and asset management, implementing this feature would be significantly more complex than adjusting the plugins loading order, even if it were just for JS and CSS. Each file has its own dependencies and conditions, which makes integrating such functionality quite difficult.

Currently, the main developer of this plugin is also not very active, so it is uncertain if and when new features will be implemented.

But still a very exciting idea ??

Hi @luishporras .. I don’t know if you’re still looking for a solution. However, the default TwentyTwentyThree theme uses a “fluid” setting to scale font sizes. I guess it works similar to clamp(). Maybe that helps in your situation.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to use custom icons.

However, there is a trick how you can do it anyway. But you have to be familiar with JSON and CSS and it may be a bit difficult. I could describe it. Are you interested in it?

addendum: actually there is also a solution where don’t need JSON skills. But a bit CSS is needed.

You can copy the element tree or parts of it from one website to another ??
