Ok, I solved it. Checking at other support tickets on same issue, I got aware about the restore log. Mine said that the limit for max_allowed_packet was lower than file size. So I change the value in mysql.cnf file.

Oficially, the restauration process gets stuck on different percentage every time.

php.ini configuration was set to accept huge files, with huge RAM allocation.

There’s no server limitation in this case.

Please let me know how to proceed. All my business site is there. Now it’s offline beacause of this issue.

Ok, I finally figured out how to avoid the form.

But now I have another issue: the restorarion process got stucked at 93%. I cannot make anything with the site. I cannot connect to site page either; I got an “Error establishing a database connection”.

Did I lose all the site content because of this? I only made a BakcupGuard back up

There’s no way for me to get access to log file because, as I said in the first mesagge, I made the backup for a clean installation of my server os. So, the server’s hard disk was completly formated.

I made the backups of my sites, downloaded the sgbp files and the server was completly deleted and reinstalled, as I did a lot of times before this one, in all of them using your plugin, smootly and securely.

This is the first time that it is not working.

Is there any possible solution without log files?

Did you find an alternative solution?

Hi, nice work. Now almost everything is working right. It doesn’t work when Rocket Loader is enabled, but it’s just a detail. I will find the way to clean it from cloudflare.

Hi, I already cleaned the cache but everytinhg remains the same. I even disabled the cache plugin and nothing changed.

We will keep the cache plugin disabled until the bug is solved.

Are you kidding me??? I moved on to another plugin.

My time is too valuable to waste it on a buggy pluging done by someone who will insult me because I inform him/her that it does not work.

Maybe you can assist to the developer. Please suggest him/her to search help, psychiatric help.

Pitifully, it’s indispensable to show separate content for different groups in my site. So, if there’s no API to do it, I must use another plugin.

The use case is the mentioned one: I need to show one content to users belonging to one group and another content to users belonging to a different group in the same publication. For economy, the idea is to do it in just one post and to integrate the selection of content according to group membership in the template.

Nothing to say about this issue?

Maybe because all those leagues are offseason and there’s no points to show since there’s not points there?
