Thanks for your quick reply. I believe it would have shown up initially for the user, but the user doesn’t frequently access the site and believe he has a new phone since last accessing it. We are both admin users. I can turn GA on or off for him, but it doesn’t help with giving him the QR code he needs. I’ve also tried to delete his account and add him again, although believe his email address has already been issued a QR code once so it’s not providing that option for him again. Is there anything else I can try?
