I’ve investigated a little deeper and realized that the problem is not with WooCommerce, but LayerSlider WP.

Someone else is having the same problem so I decided to follow the thread, whoever is having the same issue please follow this thread:

Having the same issue here, doesn’t work and it is conflicting with WooCommerce.

I thought it was WooCommerce at the beginning, but realized that the issue is with LayerSlider WP 5.6.2 and WordPress 4.3.1.

I reported the bug. Hopefully there will be a fix for this soon.
