Ok well most people who get this error have a free hosting plan and it usually is X10hosting. So if you have that here is a guide. If you don’t just search it on this site it has been answered over 200 times.

go to the main website ( x10hosting.com ) and go to the red login box and enter your login information. It will redirec you to another account page scroll down to php version and change the radio button to intermedieate and tell them you are installing WordPress and they will ok it then your instalation will work.
