I just pushed a fix to our repository that fixes the date error you’re seeing. We’ll release it as part of v0.9.1 this weekend. Thanks for reporting it!

I’m not sure what the issue is here but you can turn off the error display in php.ini.
display_errors = off

There’s a settings page in the WP Admin called “Pitch Form”. Its under the Assignment Desk menu. You can choose which fields show up in the form.

We’ll look into the date error and hopefully get a fix in 0.9

You’re correct will have to add styles to your CSS to make your form look like the one on lev.openassignment.org.

Here’s the style that lev is using. https://lev.openassignment.org/wp-content/themes/lev-interim/css/vad.css

The Assignment Desk public pitch listing only shows unpublished posts. It was meant as a way to encourage participation in posts that are still in progress.

Try unpublishing the post ans see if it shows up.

I think I got it. I’m going to push a 0.6.1 right now.

I’m having a hard time replicating this. Which version of WP are you running? Which error reporting settings? Just activated on fresh 2.9.2 and 3.0 and no errors.
