I noted in your docs it says about PHP, what PHP version do you recommend?

Hi we managed to do 1000 lines imported via CSV. Are there any particular PHP settings we should be looking at if the issue is regards timing out?

Really appreciate your swift response. We have a fairly high timeout set – but we’ll give it a go with 100 records and let you know how we get on :).

Thanks for the swift response. It’s using php 7.0.33

I’ve checked with the host and they can’t see any specific errors but I may have to try them again with that.

Could it be a PHP setting perhaps? 500 error seems to be pretty much instant though, it’s not as if it’s waiting to load something…

So how can we solve this? For example, I have two rows of images: 3 in the first row, 2 in the second. They all need to be the same size…

I have tried applying width height css to the image, but it seems to break the effect (makes the circular images I have appear within an oval).

Hi Gus,

Thank you. As far as I can tell this is no longer the case. The plugin seems to have all the required video attributes to make it play… but won’t. I even tried it on a blank wordpress page, to make sure there wasn’t any other interference and it didn’t work.

Any ideas?
