Please see our Knowledgebase article on the SiteGround Optimizer plugin, apply the steps there (including excluding your Events page from caching), then clear your site and browser cache to see if it fixes the issue.

I was unable to pull up the site with that link to check this directly (see screenshot), can you please double-check it?

Are you by chance using a Full Site Editing (FSE) theme, like Twenty-Twenty-Two, or Twenty-Twenty-Three? The Events Calendar and Event Tickets are not yet fully compatible with FSE themes, which could be related.

This could be related to caching or optimization plugins breaking the calendar’s functionality. Please check your browser’s console for any errors; see our Knowledgebase article, How to see a JavaScript console error on your site.

I’ve checked the pages you linked, and these calendars are being generated with a different plugin, WP Events Manager (see screenshot).

Thanks for reaching out! In the owl carousel module, the time is shown as ion-ios-timer (screenshot). I’m unfamiliar with this carousel, as it’s not something built into our plugin, so I’d recommend reaching out to the authors of the carousel to troubleshoot this further.

In the meantime, we recommend using a location-based timezone in both your WordPress settings, as well as your single event settings. Please see our Knowledgebase article, Working with Timezones, for more information.
