Hi @hutamanama,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you please share a link to your site where we can examine the behavior?
Also, you mentioned testing for plugin conflicts. Does the behavior persist with WPML deactivated as well?
Thank you,
EricaHi Patrick,
Thanks for reaching out!
This shouldn’t be a problem as long as you’re using a “Pretty Permalink” structure. More information on Changing Permalinks is available in our Knowledgebase article.
Have you tried re-saving the changes again on the permalinks page to “flush” them? Do you have any caching plugins on your site?
Thank you,
EricaHi Chris,
Thanks for reaching out!
I was unable to replicate the behavior you described with an SVG image in List view (screenshot).
Can you please share the URL to the event where you’re noticing the behavior so we can look further?
Thank you,

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Event widget background color changeYou can use the following CSS to change the background color (to white, for example):
.tribe-events-widget-events-list { background-color: #ffffff; }
Please let me know how it works for you.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Stuck on YesterdayHi @marktex,
Thanks for reaching out!
Differences between logged in and logged out users are typically caused by caching or optimization plugins. Please see our Caching Basics article for more information. Do you have any of these plugins activated?
When I visited the link you provided, everything was working normally for me as a logged out visitor. Can you please share specifically what isn’t working, and perhaps a screenshot or screencast?
Thank you,

In reply to: [NSFW] [The Events Calendar] Archive and single template don’t overrideHi @upenwp12,
It’s not possible to create templates for the single event page with the Elementor theme builder for now, but we are working on improving compatibility!
Please follow this on our Roadmap for the latest news.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] How to add ticket in elementor pageHi @mytwebsolutions,
As my colleague mentioned, this is available in Event Tickets Plus, either by shortcode, or Elementor widget.
I hope that helps!
Thank you,
EricaHi @august579,
Thanks for reaching out!
I was unable to replicate this behavior when exporting the same event to Google Calendar, as shown in this screenshot.
Can you please double-check the timezone settings for the Google Calendar to which you’re adding the event?
Thank you,

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Attendee Event Confirmation Shortcode Shows Not GoingHi @sandboxca,
The Not Going option is meant to show up so that user can change the going status as needed. However, you may disable the Going/Not going option from the RSVP ticket settings if you wish:?https://d.pr/i/eqFtol

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] COUPONSHi @lafac,
Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you’re asking about our Event Tickets plugin. To save you the extra step of reposting there, I can confirm that coupon codes for ticket sales are only available with Event Tickets Plus and WooCommerce.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] email send html text in events ticketHi @punishkey,
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, this is a bug where the event schema shows up as html in some email clients.
I’ve added this thread to our internal tracking for the bug so we can notify you here once it’s fixed. I apologize for the inconvenience!
In the meantime, you can remove this by applying the following snippet to your theme’s functions.php file or through the Code Snippets plugin:
add_filter( 'tec_tickets_emails_template_args', function ( $args ) { if ( ! empty( $args['json_ld'] ) ) { unset( $args['json_ld'] ); } return $args; } );
I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
