GenerateBlocks Only shows Button block and not other blocks

    I have freshly installed WordPress and enabled just GenerateBlocks plugin. I am having a weird problem. GenerateBlocks only shows Button block and doesn’t show any other block. All blocks are only visible in Widget area but not in post/ page.

    Tried every possible way but not working.

    NOTE: It’s a Freshly installed site, no extra plugins installed.

    Hi there,

    That’s very strange – we haven’t seen this error before either.

    In the page editor where the issue occurs, can you right click and open up the inspector tool and go to the console tab, are there any errors there?

    Any PHP errors in this install?

    Hello Leo,

    There were no PHP errors while installation. And here is the screenshot of Inspect Tool.

    I am ready to share backend logins, if required.

    Hi @harsh02,

    This is a public forum. Sharing logins here is not safe and not allowed.

    Can you try deleting the plugin and redownloading and reinstalling it?

    Tried that as well. So what I found is. I have installed a local instance as well, when I copy the block via code editor and paste in this site, it works. I see the block settings in the right side. So technically, blocks are working. Just not showing up in all blocks section.

    If you search for a Headline Block or Container Block, does it appear?

    Are the any issues appearing in Tools > Site Health?

    It doesn’t appear while searching as well. And Site Health looks good.

    I see. This is really odd. We’ve never encountered such an issue.

    Where did you download the plugin? Did you download it directly from WordPress or from a different site?

    Can you try creating a new admin role and see if that user experiences the same issue as well?

    Hey, Thanks for your help. Creating another user worked. It’s showing for a new user, but not for admin user.

    Hi there,

    Edit a post, and from the top bar 3 dot menu select Preferences -> Blocks tab.

    Can you make sure the missing blocks has not been disabled ?
