It seems I have worked it out. I have set all the ‘out of stock’ products that were shown after filtering on ‘in stock’ to ‘in stock’, saved them and set them back to ‘out of stock’. That worked like a charm. It did not matter if I did reset the stock status through quick edit or in the product it self. There were also a few ‘in stock’ products that were only showing after filtering on ‘out of stock’. For those products it also worked resetting stock status.

The other ‘out of stock products’ are still showing when filtering on ‘out of stock’. I will try to discover if there is a problem with how those specific time booking products are working. It must be in those specific (shown) products, because all other products work in the same way and there is no problem with the other products when filtering.
I also tried re-updating the database (it is now scheduled running on background).

Sorry for hijacking the original poster. It was not my intention.

All products only have one variation: delivery-time, where buyers can select a half-hour time block for delivery. Stock and price are being set for every delivery time. The products shown on the image were set to out of stock. So I can not explain why I see them after filtering ‘in stock’. However, all those (out of stock) products were offered ‘ in stock’ before updating the database to 3.6.1. Could there be a problem with my database (like danimartsilva suggested)?

Updated to version 3.6.2 and it seemed to be working OK. I was able to change product status from out to in stock and vice versa. However when I tried to filter all products on status in stock I got presented prdoucts in AND out of stock => https://1drv.ms/u/s!AoBAVIWWn-_ngQGwekIXIjoU8HkG

I was experiencing this issue with variable products (the one and only kind I offer through my webshop). It looks like a new update has been released, so I will try again and paste the system status after that. To be continued……

Same problem here. Have not got a solution, other then fall back on version 3.5.8 and wait for a bug fix in version 3.6.2 / 3.7. This worked for me (database is luckily running on 3.6.1 with plugin version 3.5.8)

Sry, but I have no solution for you.

I did also experience in and out of stock issues. I could not set the stock on the products overview page and had to go to all separate variations of each product to change stock. Some products could not even been changed at all. After changing stock and clicking the save button, the change was made undone.
I did fall back on WC 3.5.8. The database however was updated to 3.6.1 and correspondents successfully with pluging version 3.5.8 so far, luckily…. (because there were many new orders after the database update).

I hope the author has a solution soon.

I am using WooCommerce Email Customizer 3.2.3 (by cxThemes) plugin, which has been tested up till WC 3.5.5

So I suppose it is the plugin that is causing the problems. Never had any (there mentioned) problems with this plugin before.
