I think your question about testing plugins/theme to the current version of php 7.x is not good because majority of the theme/plugins on wordpress here are not up to date. Adding modifying theme and plugins from other Author, it’s best send them a note asking them to Q&A to test to see whether it work with the current php version.

Actually, to solve the issue. I had to de-activate another plugin.

A lot of plugin authors don’t ever reply.

Or, you can go to the database and change it manually with a simple password. Once you login to wordpress platform then reset the password and it will email for you to reset your password

We used AWS and never had that issue what you are having.

Either you have a permission issue or something else.

You should used the last backup of database (wordpress) for your website. Uninstalled the current version and reinstall a new version of wordpress. Then upload your backup database and that should fixed the issue.

I don’t know what to tell you. It seems like you are very unorganized, adding you should not have add the premium to begin with.

You should have left as a free version, then move towards to a premium/pay plugin.

But now you got a lot people confused with what you are offering.

I’m posting this because I have friends who is frustrated and who doesn’t speak english well said your plugin page and your website is changing constantly.

Did you touch the any wordpress files because what you mention it feel like you did modify certain files.

Plus if you are creating a plugin, it should be the plugin that needs to modify to connect to wordpress and you should follow the guideline how to create a plugin.

The reason I know because my developer did that same thing and end up following the guidelines of creating a plugin.

You need to remove the malware on your host server and also find the last backup of the database which is not affected from the malware. Remove all files and uninstalled wordpress and wordpress plugin too.

Then you reinstalled wordpress platform with a new version and then upload the the database which doesn’t have the malware. That will solve your issue

This a bug with JetPack. JetPack does affect other plugins and updates from Wordpres platform. I also have JetPack. I always backup my databast wherever I install or update JetPack or WordPress platform.

First you have to backup your database. Then I think you should re-install a clean wordpress 4.9.5. There’s nothing with the resize, I have upgrade wordpress 4.9.3 to wordpress 4.9.5 on a few websites.

Unless you have a gallery plugin that also let you resize the image.

That is the only thing I could think of.
