In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Disabling eCheck (not resolved)You would switch to using the Authorize.net 2.0 AIM module. Disregard any notice displayed urging you to switch this was somewhat incorrect text at the time.
Once you switch to the AIM module you will no longer see eCheck

Run both options
Clear Expired Transients
Remove All Transients

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Fatal Error WPSC_CountriesWhen I’ve had trouble with the countries list something I’ve found that can help is to hit the select NONE option in the store general settings tab save the settings then go back and select the regions you want to sell in and save these settings again.

The files that have been copied into your theme usually means that someone has possibly made custom changes.
The down side is there templates over the years have become outdated and some no longer work well with the current version available.
It would be advisable to back them up prior to making changes.
You can then upgrade the store and test… if everything works fine no problem.
If you find strange or broken behavior then it may be related to these old files.
Quickest way to test is move all files in your theme that start with wpsc to a sub folder called wpsc-off
Then visit your WP admin Settings > Store – Presentation (TAB) click Flush Theme Cache
Now test things should be working. You may need to look in the files to see what changes were made and try to modify them to move them to the theme again. It may not be needed. Everything might just work as you like.

Just for the record. Live chat is specifically for pre sale questions. Other than this forum we do not provide a free support service. We will however assist with simple fixes or settings on rare occasion provided staff are not overly busy. This is not typical. I did not want people reading your post mislead to believing live chat will provide support.
We are considering options for a paid live chat support service for those that prefer live chat.
