Hello from the looks of your versions you have an old version of Gold Cart with a newer version of WP eCommerce. This would most likely be the issue.

You can log in to your account on our site to download the latest version of Gold Cart. You will find it on your account page.

If you haven’t logged in since we moved sites you’ll need to migrate your account over to the new site first.

Please visit the following link https://wpecommerce.org/migrate-old-accounts/

On this page you will be able to migrate your old purchases / account to our new site.

    You will need:

Your API Name and API Key that are used to register Gold Cart plugin.

If you have any trouble please let us know we will be happy to assist you

Hi RotarySwing… I went ahead and started to check things out while Mihai was on the road. I wanted to ensure you had this resolved.

I have found that you are using a 3rd party payment gateway. The gateway you are using is Merchant e-Solutions. I’ve done a search and this is what I found related to this gateway.

This Payment Module supports the following WordPress e-Commerce Versions:
    Stable Releases
    v3.7.x
    v3.8.3
    v3.8.5
    v3.8.7.6.2
    v3.8.8
    v3.8.9.5

Info found on this page of their site.https://resources.merchante-solutions.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=4424072

You have upgraded your WP eCommerce to version 3.9.4 their plugin is compatible up to 3.8.9.5

I would suggest your contact their support to see if they intend to upgrade their plugin for 3.9.4 compatibility. Anecdotally there were some prior issues brought up regarding this particular plugin and it’s compatibility. It appears they were not using proper standards. I am not aware if this was ever resolved.

We are happy to help them as much as possible to ensure compatibility. Please have them get in touch if they should need any assistance.

If you are unable to work things out with your current gateway or would like to try a different gateway we are happy to lend a hand getting you switched over.

They are listed on this page
    https://wpecommerce.org/features/

    as well as this page
    https://wpecommerce.org/extensive-feature-list/

Additionally there are many 3rd party options
    Some we provide here https://wpecommerce.org/store/premium-plugins/

You could also do searches for WP e-commerce payment plugin or search for WP e-Commerce and the specific payment method you are looking to use.

Looks the same in 3 browsers I test with. You are not using list view. It’s displayed with the default view. The CSS supports this as the style class shows as “default_product_display”

I have tested in Safari Mac, Chrome Windows and IE 8 Windows.

You have 3 errors in the console

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) (container-bottom_black.gif, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (bullet4.png, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (buy_button.gif, line 0)

    I doubt these are relevant

I would go through our troubleshooting guide
    https://docs.wpecommerce.org/conflict-and-compatibility-testing/

Not asking to delete the entire post or change any factual information contained in it. Just the removal of the store url.

Could a mod please remove the URL in the initial post.

    Thank you

When you change themes you have to be sure to go to the Store Presentiation Settings and click “Flush Theme Cache” or it will still use the templates from the previous theme.

There is no way it would have a 3 page checkout using a default theme. Our templates simply don’t provide that checkout process.

First… your Gold Cart is outdated and not compatible with the version of WPeC you’re using.

Current Gold Cart version is 2.9.7.8

That’s the only thing I can see being a problem from the outside.

    Edward

    (@edwardinstinct)

Have you installed, upgraded, changed anything including the theme recently?

Can you provide a link to the site?

What versions do you have installed

    WordPress V
    WP eCommerce V
    Gold Cart V

This doesn’t sound like a dev suggestion or issue. It sounds like a theme issue. The checkout process in our default plugin is contained all on one single page NOT three pages. This is something your theme is altering the site to do. I would suggest checking for a theme update or inquiring about the issue with the theme developer.

Also the Git page is specifically for development and those that wish to get hands on in contributing to the project.

This forum IS the correct place to post your questions if you do not wish to pay for One on One service.

    Hi

64M is honestly too little to run WordPress and WPeC and possibly more plugins. Generally I suggest 256M minimum and for large stores or if you have more than 25 plugins active 512M.

I’ve never heard of this shortcode [showareas] it’s not a store shortcode so I couldn’t really help with that. I’d assume you’re still running out of memory most likely.
