Хм, интересная вещь. В настройках расширения написано рядом с полями – Minimum Screen Width и Minimum Screen Height, то есть минимум. И в более старом выпуске выпуске расширения эти числа 700 и 300 тоже стояли и всё работало. Неужели разработчик изменил Minimum на Maximum, а надписи не поменял?

Да, теперь виджеты закреплены. Но появилась другая проблема: с каждой прокруткой и возвратом к верху страницы они разъезжаются – между ними увеличивается расстояние. Это в Mozilla Firefox. Кстати, у Вас на снимке экрана https://prnt.sc/0vJ_KR7R9f0k это отчётливо видно – они шире, чем должны быть.

В Google Chrome и в Opera они вообще при прокрутке перемещаются влево экрана. ??

Так что, наверное, буду просто на старом издании расширения.

Now I updated the plugin to 6.2 version to demonstrate the issue.
3 lower widgets (main menu, site search & got an error or typo?) supposed to stick during user’s scrolling.

Thank you for reply! I checked my website on mobile device and all buttons in player are displayed properly. I also checked it at https://www.browserling.com and in all kinds of web browsers all is right. It seems that the problem appears only on my desktop and laptop computers. Although it’s strange, topic is resolved, because visitors see my website without any problems.

Thanks a lot! I searched for .wpsm_panel-heading and found it in bootstrap-front.css with padding: 15px 10px by default. So I deleted this command and now all works like a charm.

P.S.: this plugin is the best among others accordion plugins! ??

Sorry. I didn’t look through plugin settings properly. Each screen size is customizable. Topic is resolved.

Tip: first look plugin settings and then edit code.

In Mozilla Firefox volume control bar is spread on the settings button with default css. So I made it more narrow – added margin right. But it caused button to be narrow in Opera. I can’t make it the same size in each browser.

Thank you very much! I tried ?start=14 and it works! Topic is successfully resolved.
P.S.: WP Colorbox – is the greatest plugin!

shehabulislam, thanks for quick respond! I detected on more issue – in Microsoft Edge web browser volume bar is too narrow. It is normal in other web browsers.

Hi, davidlee733! I use this plugin on my website. If you click on the edit button under player, settings will be opened. You need to scroll at the bottom of them and there will be setting “Hide Download Button”. You need to uncheck the checkbox.

It appears to be common WordPress problem and not of the plugin.
I suggest you to try the following (as I it works on my site):

Open your wordpress theme and click Customize -> Additional CSS and put in it:

body p:empty:before {
content: none;
}

After that all empty spaces will be deleted.
