I think I am not explaining myself properly, I would like to say that how can I configure that when I write for example [{product_name}] in the email appears the product name which is related to the order. How can I configure this please?

I found out that the problem comes with the ones that are yet subscribed, like you, that they cannot download the guide as you did first. How can I solve this please?
