They’re 100% bots, as I said, these names are not Portuguese names, as my content is in Portuguese. Especially because I didn’t even start making content in any of my social medias / blog. It happened in the same way before I started using this plugin, but since yesterday — in my time — they’re back, just not so frequently how it was before.

This plugin was doing fine for a lot of days till yesterday.

I just got 2 bots at this morning here in Brazil. Don’t know why but since 21:00 (yesterday) I didn’t get any, but today at 10:25 and 11:28 S?o Paulo Time appeared 2 new bots.

And the plugin is active… Maybe some plugin is causing some conflict opening breach for these bots in my form. I don’t know…

I even checked that the plugin is blocking some bots, but as it is happening isn’t blocking all of them. Here is how many were blocked yesterday: https://prnt.sc/1wutz5j

No, I didn’t receive any name and email with these specifications.

PS.: Has been 6 hours, I didn’t receive any more bots. Don’t know if my issue has gone or was just a coincidence. I’ll have to wait for more time to see if they’re gone or not.

I just saw now the debug.log file and I downloaded and activated the plugin again so I could send you the file with the logs of the error 500…

But then after I activated the plugin… I’ve been using the website the whole day and no error 500 until now. I don’t know what happened to it get fixed alone, but i’m marking this as solved. If it gets some error again (I think it won’t) I come back here.

Anyway, sorry for your time by this problem :/ …

Hi,

As my website is not ready yet I can do it without been on staging mode…

I did the changes in the wp-config.php file (Printsreen showing this). But the debug.log file didn’t show up in the wp_content paste (Printscreen showing the wp_content paste).

Did I do something wrong?

Hi,

If I didn’t understand wrong, in the support topic it was saying to delete those files from the server arquives or from my cache plugin settings?
Because I went to my plugin cache settings (W3 Total Cache) and I didn’t know how to do it…
Btw I deleted those 2 ‘js’ files on my server arquives and the problem keeps the same.
PS: the arquives were in the: /wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz/assets/js/wpdiscuz.js & wpdiscuz-social.js. A little bit different from the original path said in the the support topic because of the js paste.

Hi,

I checked the logs and I don’t see any problem related to Members plugin.
I already reinstalled and the errors keep showing.
I agree that is probably a plugin/theme conflict but as I use all the plugins I have and I would use the members plugin just for a simple config I’ll not not use this plugin. But I’ll mark this topic as solved as this is not a problem related to Members plugin, and is actually a conflict with other one.
Anyway I appreciate the help and sorry for taking long to reply.

They replied me, and the problem is already resolved!
It was a gravatar caching that was enabled on wpDiscuz config. and I didn’t know about this.

So, yes I have some cache plugins enabled.
I already checked the wpDiscuz settings and as I see there isn’t anything I can do to fix this in the plugin’s settings.
And I just contacted the wpDiscuz on wordpress plugin’s forum and I’m now waiting for their answer. When they reply me I’ll come back here to say the feedback about what happened.

After I update some stuffs in my server and some plugins in my website the Web Stories plugin is now working normally. I don’t know what exactly was causing the problem, but now is all ok. Thanks anyway for the attention…

I was having this problem when I installed the plugin. But after some minutes it just stopped and then started to work as expected.
