Did you ever find an answer to this?

This is getting very frustrating! After two months we still can’t update our site. I would have expected paying for the full version of the template would at least give me the ability to get support. Page builder does not work period. If you want to log on as an admin to the site to see the issue I will give you an account.

1) Page builder does not load. We just get the spinning circle.
2) if you try to save anything you lose all content.
3) you can revert back to previous versions but can’t update the content at all without losing everything.

Is there any chance of getting a resolution to this or do I need to start over with another template that actually works? If I start over (which I hope I don’t have to) do I get a refund for the template I bought from you that does not work?

The issue still isn’t resolved for me even after updating to 1.2.7. The only way I can get content back on my page is to revert back 1 month. When I do I get the content from 1 month ago but the Quest Page Builder does not load. I just get the rotating wheel indefinitely. If I click the update button all content is gone.

Is there an update on this issue?

I have version 1.2.2 of Quest Plus. I am having this issue on only one of my pages. In addition, even if I revert back to previous versions of the page and get my content back, there is no way to edit the content. Page builder does not show existing sections even though you can see the content when viewing the page.
