I checked you website link and found something strange.
In your website there is a JS code which to do something it’s do looks like refresh but it do not do normal refresh. Before it all read mores working correctly.
You could also notice that, you could try deactivate your plugines by one by and understand which plugins js affect to our plugin

You could try insert read more in a empty page or post and check our plugin functionality

I checked your content, it’s come from the HTML structure.
You created inline read more type, for inline read more type you should use inside in one P tag.
In the HTML you could not write p tag in p tag.

I suggest you use Button type read more,

Could you please activate our plugin and deactivate all your created read mores and check like that.
That’s really strange because we dont have such an HTML.

No we dont add such a content please try to deactivate your plugins one by one check which one added that HTML.
In our plugin files there is not such a code, you could also find.

I checked the first one you created the Link type read more and you did not provide the URL where do you want to after click to redirect.
If you want to the first one work as the second one you need to creaet Button type read more.

I opened your page and could not find read more in the page only i seen read more HTML in a string probably you inserted read more to another plugin and it’s not working correctly.

I checked and our js filed does not included, i think that issue comes from tablepress, please contact them.
Because if you try insert read more on the page it will work

Seems our CSS does not included your page CSS.
Can you add in your theme custom css section this code
