In reply to: [Virtue] Live Chat Not WorkingSame results. It’s weird as I didn’t make any changes and it was working perfectly fine all the time till few days ago when my google map went missing and live chat was disabled. The new update fixed the map issue tho.

All plugins – https://bit.ly/2sugR52You may realized product pic remain on screen before updating. However after updating it appear at the bottom of the location. This is a tablet screenshot, it’ll appear further down when viewing on mobile phone.
Status after update shows nothing negative too. And I don’t think it was a plugin issue as they were working fine all the time before the latest updates that is. Hope you have a clearer understanding now.

Thanks for replying. I’m unable to show you the faulty configuration as I’ve rolled back to the previous Virtue version of 3.0.1 and it’s displaying correctly. However I was wondering what do I do now? Do I wait for the next version of update?
