Please note that the issue is occurring because the ajax request is not being sent. Something is blocking it (maybe it is blocked from the hosting).

In order to check the issue, please deactivating the plugins and check which one is causing the issue.

In the case, none of them does then the blocking is most probably done by the hosting.
