Could you please try to uninstall/install the plugin and try the steps below again:
To begin creating Facebook feeds on your WordPress site, it is necessary to log in to Facebook and get access token. Navigate to *Facebook Feed WD > Feeds* page and hit *Log in and get my Access Token* button. Afterwards, press *Continue.*

*Note:* This does not give us permission to manage your Facebook pages, it simply allows the plugin to see the list of the pages you manage and retrieve an *Access Token.*
You will be redirected to Facebook and it will ask you to confirm the login to your account. As soon as this process is finished, Facebook Feed WD plugin will be authenticated and you will be able to start working on your feeds.

You can also modify the translations using POEdit software. All translation files of the product should be located under /languages folder of its directory.
You need to download .po and .mo files of your language from this folder and modify .po with POEdit. Then please upload new .po and .mo back to the same folder, replacing their old versions.

If you do not receive form submissions to your email address, this could be related to the configurations on your web hosting. You can troubleshoot this the following way.
1. Install and activate Easy WP SMTP plugin on your WordPress site.
2. Go to Settings > Easy WP SMTP page, then click on Test Mail tab where you will find a quick testing tool. Please have a look at this screenshot.
3. Send a test mail to your email address and check whether it reaches your inbox or spam folder.If the test email will be sent, the issue is triggered by Form Maker plugin.
But in case the test mail fails, the problem is on the server of your website. Please contact your hosting provider in this case, and ask them to enable SendMail for your site.

Coulod you please follow the steps below:
1. Login in your FB account > select “Pages” > Settings > Page visibility > Edit > check “Page”
2. On the right upper corner of FB account please choose the Settings then select from the left sidebar “Business integrations” option and check “10Web social feed plugin” then remove. Please go to your WordPress dashboard click on Facebook Feed WD > Options > Reauthenticate button.

Please set the language of your website using Site Language option on WordPress Settings > General page. The product should be translated automatically.
