In reply to: [GenerateBlocks] Not Completely Translatable!Hi there,
This seems like it could have been a support topic.
The
.pot
file here on www.remarpro.com is automatically generated by www.remarpro.com, not us.It would be great to know which strings are not translatable, so we can make sure things are set up correctly in order to be translated.
We’ll make sure the Pro version has the latest
.pot
file our next release.That being said, if there are missing strings, it’s important that we know about them so we can fix the issue. Having both plugins be 100% translatable is very important to us.
Thanks!

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Sticky header on mobileHi there,
It looks like it is already sticky, as you’re using the premium option to make it sticky.
If you wish to use CSS, you would need to turn that option off, first. You would also need to use the header provided in the free theme (not the premium feature you have turned on).
Once you do that, you could do something like this:
@media (max-width: 768px) {
.site-header {
position: sticky;
top: 0;
}

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Sticky header on mobileUnfortunately we are unable to support the premium version here on www.remarpro.com – it directly violates their rules and can get us in trouble.
It also sounds like the YouTuber is violating the terms of their license, as sharing it is not allowed. It’s likely that the license you’ve been given will be disabled at some point.
If you have any questions regarding the free theme provided here at www.remarpro.com, we’ll be happy to help.
Thanks for understanding!

In reply to: [GeneratePress] The “Media Library” link is not visibleI understand, however, I don’t have access to that plugin to test the conflict, as its a paid plugin. I’m not able to purchase a third-party plugin to test a bug that is directly inside their interface, as this one is.
GeneratePress is free, and the feature that has a style conflict is directly inside that plugin, so their developers should very easily be able to spot the issue. They need to either:
- Improve the specificity of their CSS.
- Ensure their media modal is loading in the correct area in the editor.
GeneratePress itself wouldn’t add third-party-specific code to the theme to fix an issue like this. If we did, you can imagine how out of hand that could get with the number of third-party plugins out there.
Of course, if their developers write back with specifics on something GeneratePress is doing wrong in this instance, we would of course be happy to address it in the theme.
I’m sorry that I can’t be more helpful. Please let us know if they come back with any specifics – we’d be happy to help if we can.
Thanks!

In reply to: [GeneratePress] The “Media Library” link is not visibleAs it’s a pro plugin, you may need to report this to their support/developers. They should be able to tell what styles need to be added/adjusted to prevent style leaking issues from themes and other plugins.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] The “Media Library” link is not visibleHi there,
It definitely looks like there’s some conflicting CSS going on.
GeneratePress itself only adds styling (CSS) to the editor itself, but it’s possible some of that is leaking through depending on how they’ve set up their media modal.
What plugin are you using?

In reply to: [GeneratePress] lacking css support in Premium themeHi there,
Which theme elements are you looking to add border color to? Anything specific?
no support for special utf-8 special characters in content elements.
This sounds like it could be a bug. Can you outline the exact steps we can take to reproduce it?
Thanks!
Thanks for confirming!

In reply to: [GenerateBlocks] Best Gutenberg Extension plugin and WP developersThanks a lot for the review, we really appreciate it!
Better media queries are coming in GB 2.0 to be more in line with our Global Styles feature, which allows you to create your own media queries and set the
display
property (tonone
, in your case).We have an internal discussion going on about how to best handle animations, as well.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Easily the leading WP theme todayThank you so much for the awesome review! We really appreciate you taking the time.
If there is a theme built according to German Engineering principles, GeneratePress is certainly the one.
Love this. We put a lot of focus on things you may never see without really looking, but knowing the foundation is solid means a lot to us.
I agree that we could use some more eCommerce features – I’m confident we’ll be able to address this nicely in our full site editing ??
Thanks again!
