how to use Page To Links plugin succesfully or any other way to link categories to pages on the custom menu? pls

Categories can be displayed as Pages, they are called Category Pages..

anyone who knows how to display category posts on a page with the same name, with a link on the custom menu?

I am trying to do this using the plugin Page to Links. It worked on the localhost, but it is still an issue for the online site
