I updated to version 4.2.1 and on the shortcode I removed the item-cat-id and that made the item titles load properly. It’s a fix for now ??
To make the Custom Demo image load, I went to gititems.php and replaced ‘.$itemimage.’ by the image url on lines 178 and 444

For this particular website (it’s from a client and I didn’t build it) it all works with the 4.1.6 version enabled, but not with 4.1.9 version.
When I enabled the debug function, it generated a massive error log file from multiple plugins. I believe it is related to their website theme. Do you still want the error log? If so, where can I send it to?
I’m happy to keep the version 4.1.6 active for now as the client said they want to rebuild the whole website from scratch.

Even if we re-update the image, it still doesn’t load properly.
The issues are:
-Images don’t load (general or single Gift Item)
-Titles of each Gift Item don’t load
-Payment button shows an error messageIt all works on the 4.1.6 version, and I’m keeping that until Mother’s Day (it’s a client’s website that needs the promo).
Maybe it’s an issue with their website theme and I’ll re-access after that.
Hi again, just to report that I had to rollback to version 4.1.6.
On 4.1.8 and 4.1.9, the price of each gift item isn’t loading and on version 4.1.7 it loads the price, but on none of them the customer is taken to PayPal to pay.
Thanks for your reply… interestingly, now the category tab is closed when I first access the page. Once open, it does not close anymore, but that should be enough.
On the Gift Vouchers it is possible to set min a max values. Can we set instalments as well?

Got the exact same alert and will keep an eye here to see how to proceed.
Well, I believe a conflict between Duplicator and UpdraftPlus caused the issue.
If someone comes to experience the same kind of problem, it all came back after I deactivated all plugins via cPanel.
