As far as I’ve been using it, just activate the plugin and create a page using write/pages. then, in the pages content, write a word, say ‘blicki’, in double square brackets, just like this: [[blicki]]

for my point would be how I insert some more wiki functionality – as I’ve seen it should work looking on the plugins code. for instance, print out the version history using the data from the post_revisions table.
