I don’t know what you did, but now I reactivated the plugin, went to edit page in wordpress and updated the page and they are not directly adjacent any more….

I will leave it activated now and will see what google does next. And if it stays as good as it looks, than many thanks!

I will get back to you in a few days when I know more about googles reaction.

I hope this is where it starts to become very interesting for you:
I just found out that it DOES work on my mobile phone. And it ONLY works for PC if the window is large enough.

Additional info:
– Indeed I have had Elementor but I have removed it because of an unrelated issue.I now indeed have Ultimate addons.
– The theme I used and for which worked in October 2020 at first was ‘Sierra Nature’.
– I already looked for @media restrictions and I found that there are CSS files with max-width of 1439 px and also lines with min-width 1440 px. This seems to coincide with the width of the window where the parallax becomes activated. (=>1440px)

However, I have not yet been able to find how to change the CSS files properly so the parallax will work on my PC when the window is smaller then 1440.

So any additional insights are highly appreciated.

I also already have a parallax effect, but only if my window is very wide:
when the window is >= 39,3cm (1454 px) but not when the window is less or equal to 39 cm (1443 px).

I found the answer to this one myself:
just excluding
wp-content/plugins/ml-slider
did the trick!

Additional info: If I enlarge the window to 39cm (wide) the parallax does not work. However, if I enlarge the window to 39,3cm (wide) the parallax does work!
(Both little larger than the full screen width.)

Additional info:
If I look at my website via the site-liner tool, the parallax also works!

Toggling of html, css or java did not work. Even temporarily deactivating the entire WP-optimize plugin and/or restoring minified files did not help:
Still the same, the parallax works fine when I am in WordPress costumizer mode, but not in normal mode or on the website outside wordpress-modes.

I have some additional information: When I am in the costumizer, the parallax works just fine!
However, as soon as I leave the costumizer the problem is back.
