In reply to: [WooCommerce] There was an error in categorize the productMy question:
my other website use same host, same theme, same plugin and also PHP Version 7.3.33, all of them works well.
But only this one. So, this is not caused by PHP version, I guess.
Also, in your link, it also mentioned, even I update to 7.4, the theme and plugin may not work.
Your first suggestion is ask me to test theme and plugin, but this ways still not work. Now ask to update PHP, if this is still not work, how can I do?
Why I have doubts, is because all my website works normal under the current theme, plugin, php version. It looks I can not get a definite answer that how the problem happened and the exact solution for it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] There was an error in categorize the productAlso, there is another problem happened, I feel very strange. As I said, the theme and plugin I used is not the first time, for many of my website, but only this website has this problem.
The problem is:
Everything seems in backend is normal, but when it appears in front end, seems broken.
I create the category and single product in the woocommerce.
For example, I want to create a page, and insert one of my category product, I use Masonry block to do it. If things goes right, I click the masonry and choose Product Cat, then in the front end, it should appear the corresponding product in the category I choose, but in the front end, it appears the product not belongs the category I choose, In fact the product appeared not belongs any category I create, that is chaotic, some are the product I created, some are not,I don’t know what’s the link. if I click it, nothing appears and I don’t know where to find that “product link” to delete.
Also, not matter which category I choose from the Masonry, they all appear the same thing like I described above. I am not sure if this issue is related to the issue we’ve talked(the one you both ask me to do confilct test). But, today, I recreate a page and use Mansory, things goes right. What’s wrong? I didn’t change anything.

Can I paste here and you can help me to check?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] There was an error in categorize the productI don’t understand if the theme switch to storefront and other plugin all deactive, only woocommerce is active and the issue still exist, then the issue is caused by woocommerce, isn’t it?
Due to this is not my first website I build, all my site I use the same theme and plugin, and other site all works normal, only this one.
It seems that at the back of WP, all seems work normal, only when it appears in the front end, the category is wrong.
Also, as all of you suggest above, I need to deactive all of the theme and plugin, only woocommerce, in this case, my understanding is: the website front end should be normal, then this may caused by theme or one of the plugin.and then I need to try, if I active the theme, if the problem happen, then the issue is caused by theme. But, the fact is when I active all the theme and plugin, all the same, nothing changes.
I think the problem is at the beginning, when I deactive everything, only woocommerce, the problem still exist, so my subsequent action is meaningless.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] There was an error in categorize the productYour first question, yes. no matter storefront or enfold, the same issue.
So, I ask are you sure this is the problem caused by enfold?
My other sites also use enfold, but all works normal.
Your second was a headache for me, how to clone my site? if I do in this way, you can find the problem?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] There was an error in categorize the productmy question is if the issue is caused by theme, last time your team ask me to change to storefront theme, the issue still exists.
so, this is caused by theme?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] There was an error in categorize the productsnipboard.io/NHsbZa.jpg
snipboard.io/mYtoCl.jpg
snipboard.io/glnCL5.jpg
snipboard.io/tZV5Lo.jpg
snipboard.io/LQq1lA.jpgI explain above screenshot
first one is the screenshot where I create the product category (you can see one of my category named clamshell containers and the count is ZERO, but you can see another screenshot below, in the category “clamshell containers” there’s a lot product. in fact, all these product not belongs to this category)
second one and third one is where I categorize the single product
forth one is one of my category named “clamshell containers” but all my paper straws product appears in this category.
fifth one is the single product page, you can see ” product meta info” block and you can see this product is in that 4 categories (main and sub category) and only this 4 ,nothing elso. But, in fact, this product was in all of my category.you can also go to my website to see, single product, I use product meta info to see this product belongs to which category, but seems this is useless, every category has same product.
Please!
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] There was an error in categorize the product@danndumia
Hi Daniel,Thank you and I go to my back end to test and find the issue still exists.
I describe How I do:
As I said before, when I have few different categories and each of them have different product.
When I create a single product page, and before publish, I categorize to the corresponding category which I already created before. But this action seems don’t work, for example, I categorize product A1 to category A, but product A1 appears in category A,B,C,D,E.
How I test:
1.change to the storefront theme and then go to see my website, still the same, nothing changed.
2. I deactivate all the plugins and then activate one, then go to my website to refresh, I continue this action till the last plugin, problem still exist.I was headache, because I am not a technical. I look for your assistance and thanks for teaching, but I still worried I made a mistake.
My request is: can your technical go to my backend to check and test? as informed before, you only do this way to a premium paid member, but, now I am not currently. I can pay individually to solve this problem, but this is not allowed. So, if I request the technical to help me to check and solve, how can I do? your side can sumbit this request and need anyone’s approval?
I thought this is very easy for any technical, becuase before somem of my plugin has problem and I contact them, they help me by their checking. But, now come to woocommerce, your company seems can not do this way. really makes headache, Please!Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [WooCommerce] There was an error in categorize the productHello, Igor,
Thanks for your attention!
To be honest, I am not a technic and I don’t know how to operate it. Can you do me a favor? I don’t know how to do? maybe I provide the login name and password and you can go to my backend to check and test like other plugin support?
If this need to pay,it is also available for me, I only want the issue can be solved in a short time and let me know where goes wrong, so that next time this will not happen again.
