I managed to remove the icon with the email address by going into “Users – the each user account, and ticking “Remove email address from your author bio.”. However, I still cannot remove Name of the author which appears at the bottom of the page in fairly large text, but that is not critical. At least my email address is no longer revealed which will stop spam. People who want to contact the business can use the Contact form.
