No, I won’t use your theme.

Installing a plugin to circumvent a bug in your theme is just plain stupid.

These are the times people produce code that have to search the web what a “C64” might be… *yikes

Yupp. I’m installing your software on a pristine, superfresh WP-installation, it doesn’nt work and so it’s my bug. I’m tired of your “explanations”.

Cool, so as you fixed that other bug without payment, you can now fix this one. It is a bug, not a feature request, just to paraphrase myself.

Maybe afterwards people buy your stuff.

    Guys,

it’s not about customizations, it’s about a bug.

Quoting myself from my bug report to your support contact:

    Dear Sirs,

I’m evaluating your Theme “SKT White”. Maybe we buy the “Pro” Version,
until that we see a bug in the free version:

If there’s NO slider enabled, menu bar items will unfold but items are
NOT clickable because the menu retracts itself immediately before the
mouse pointer can reach and click it. However, this phenomenon exists
only on the front page. On sub pages the menu works as intended.

The screenshot shows an unfolded menu. If the pointer is moved down to
click an item listed, the menu folds up/retracts immediately.

This behavior can be solved by enabling the slider — but we don’t
    want it.

So, if you want not to sell your software, continue to let the marketing and/or sales people answer to bug reports. Normally it’s the coders doing so. Look at Redhat, they’re doing it right. Oh, wait: They fix reported bugs.
