I solve it by updating WPML (if you’re using it) to 4.6.15. Accoding to their changelog, there is a Elementor issue. ” [Elementor] Replaced the usage of “Schemes\Color” namespace with “Tabs\Global_Colors” to ensure compatibility with Elementor 3.26.”

Thanks for your help.
I try to re-install and nothing changed.
Finally, I decided to erase and upload the dist folder (inside wp-includes which contains js files for block editor) from a wp localhost version that works fine and solved problem.
Probably corrupted files during install.
