    Hi,

    I find some bug in a plugin (not google Authenticator), I assign a temporary user account for technical support to fix the bug. He can’t log in because Google Authenticator needs him to scan the QR code to output the security code. He didn’t want to scan the code due to his personal reson so I deactivated Google Authenticator, but the Google Authenticator still existed when he log in again.

    How can I close the Google Authenticator?

    No, he didn’t. He was technical support of the plugin and he didn’t want to scan the code. I had try to deactivate Google Authenticator but the problem same, he still needed the security code. Did anyway to by pass the Google Authenticator?
