In reply to: [Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare] No longer on the WP repository?Thank you for the update! WP Scan is also reporting two security issues; not sure if they’re the same? And if not, will version 4.3.1 address those as well?
(I posted links previously but that held my comment up in moderation. If you search on the WP Scan website you’ll find them easily.)
Thanks!

In reply to: [Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare] No longer on the WP repository?Hi, any updates on this? WP Scan is also reporting two security issues now.
The changelog here says 4.4.0 was released, but it looks like only 4.3.0 is available?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare] No longer on the WP repository?Hi, any updates on this? WP Scan is reporting two security issues now:
Social Warfare < 4.4.0 – Subscriber+ Post Meta Deletion
Social Warfare <= 4.4.0 – Post Meta Deletion via CSRF
The changelog here says 4.4.0 was released, but it looks like only 4.3.0 is available?

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Causing PHP processes to remain openFantastic, thanks @wpmudev-support9 Pawel!
I see in the changelog 1.11.21 was also just released a few minutes ago — is that the official fix for this issue?
1.11.21 – Fix strict comparison causing db queries

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Causing PHP processes to remain open@wpmudev-support9 – We had one client site crash on Sunday evening — but it had been updated on the Friday before. So the issue did not occur immediately after the update.
And, clearing object cache along with deactivating/reactivating the plugin on hundreds of sites is not a trivial process. Can this issue be escalated?

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Causing PHP processes to remain openWe’ve seen a similar issue (probably the exact same) on sites on two other hosts in the past 48 hours as well.

In reply to: [Alt Text Tools] WPML CompatibilityHi @nbond1! Sorry I missed your other reply earlier.
This is indeed strange… Could you please send me a copy of the CSV file so I can take a look? support – at – nerdpress – dot – net
Also, you mentioned “custom” css/js in the theme…are you using a custom theme, or one that’s already built with modifications? Any other details you can provide about that customization might be helpful clues.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Alt Text Tools] WPML CompatibilityHi!
Since WPML’s Media Translation add-on is a premium plugin, I’m unable to test it.
However, based on how Alt Text Tools works, it’s likely that it is compatible.
Alt Text Tools is an extremely lightweight plugin so you could install it and give it a quick test – try downloading the CSV from Tools > Alt Text Tools and you’ll be able to tell very quickly if it’s giving you the infgormation you’re looking for.
Please let us know how it goes!
Hi Sumit,
Thanks for the quick response on this.
The “Hide Theme Menu” setting was
div.menu-toggle
— I changed it to.menu-toggle
and that solved it.I’ll mark this thread as resolved. However, this also seems like it may be a bug in 4.1.9, since it hid
div
instead ofdiv.menu-toggle
in the plugin’s CSS?Thanks again!

In reply to: [Alt Text Tools] Wish I could see all the imagesHi Marty23,
Our plugin currently exports a CSV list of images that are actually used in your content already — rather than exporting from them media library itself. We opted for this method for simplicity, and to help publishers focus on the actual content that visitors see. (Many of our clients have very large media libraries, and not all of the images are actually used in posts or pages.)
For working with the media library itself, you may want to give this plugin a try:
