Please check if you have configure the user role to be assigned in Form Dashboard > Configure > Assign User Role

If you already did that, please check if you have any other plugin that also assigns the role and might be overriding ERF’s role assignment.

With ERF you can only assign one role after a successful registration.
Additional (multiple) roles cannot be assigned.

The $ error you mentioned seems to be related to jQuery conflict. I would suggest you to activate it on some test form so that we can investigate the problem.

Our plugin can prepopulate values in the fields from URL. For example:
https://www.easyregistrationforms.com/registration-form/?first_name=%20John

You can use field label for mapping (Space in field labels have to be passed as underscore. Means ‘First Name’ becomes ‘First_Name’ while passing in the URL).

There is no such known issue. I noticed that you are using a cache plugin. I would suggest you to disable the cache plugin for few days and check if your users are still having the same problem. In the worst case, You can use login widget from some other plugin. Our plugin does not enforce you to use our login widget only.

There is no option to add css in our plugin. However, you can add the custom css from theme options and style.css file.

From the provided link, it appears that you are usuing a two column layout.
In order to make the fields to follow the columns grid system, please change the layout option to “One Column”.

We’ll improve the documentation in order to make it clear.
In addition, two column option is availbe so that user doen’t have to individually set the width to 6 for each field.
