Thank you for bringing this to our attention. In the next version of the plugin, we will add functionality to automatically truncate the product name and any other relevant fields to ensure they adhere to the API length requirements. This should prevent errors like the one you encountered, even when adding products with longer names.
The next version will be available next week for sure. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we finalize the update. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or feedback.
If you’re happy with the upcoming updates, we would really appreciate it if you could leave us a review. Your feedback helps us improve and serve you better!

Thank you for reaching out. You’re correct — our plugin does not use PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN) to process payments. Given that everything continues to work fine without it, you can safely disable IPN notifications in your PayPal account.
If you previously used a platform like Drupal/Ubercart that relied on IPN, you no longer need to worry about it with our plugin.
Feel free to disable IPN notifications.

Thank you for reaching out and providing details about the PayPal error message: “This card can’t be used for your payment. Let’s try a different card.”
This error typically occurs when PayPal is unable to process the payment using the card provided. Here are a few steps you can suggest to the customer to resolve the issue:
- Check Card Details: Ensure that all the card details entered (card number, expiration date, CVV, etc.) are correct and up to date.
- Use a Different Card: Try using a different credit or debit card to complete the payment. Sometimes, specific cards may have restrictions or issues that prevent them from being used for online transactions.
- Contact Card Issuer: The card issuer might have blocked the transaction for security reasons. Ask the customer to contact their bank or card issuer to verify that their card is authorized for online and international transactions.
- Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Suggest that the customer clear their browser cache and cookies or try a different browser to see if the error persists.
- Check PayPal Account Status: If the card is linked to a PayPal account, ensure that the account is in good standing and not restricted in any way.
If the user continues to experience issues after trying these steps, please let us know, and we can assist further.

In reply to: [Payment Gateway for PayPal on WooCommerce] Payment doesn’t work after updateHello @hangrylotta
It appears that LastPass or another password management tool is enabled in your browser, which is automatically filling input fields and interfering with the settings panel. Could you please disable the password manager, re-enter your API details, and try placing the order again?
Let me know if you continue to experience issues with placing orders or payments on your website.
Hello @nayembwip
There is no any solution and PayPal only allow 2 decimal points so our plugin skip line item and passed only final amount.
It’s known issue PayPal with WooCommerce.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Payment Gateway for PayPal on WooCommerce] Access Token not found in cacheHello @nayembwip,
I attempted to replicate the issue but everything seems to be functioning correctly on my end. It appears that the problem arises when the tax or shipping amount exceeds two digits, such as 2.805. When WooCommerce calculates this, it may not be suitable for PayPal. In such cases, the plugin only passes a single line item with details about quantity and product information to ensure compatibility with PayPal.
Could you please provide me with the details of your website and the name of the product you tried? This information will assist me in troubleshooting the issue further.
Thanks!
