In reply to: WordPress Reader showing posts as codeOk. I realise I’m using www.remarpro.com of course, but I didn’t realise that WordPress Reader is solely a WordPress.com tool. There certainly seems to be a fair bit of incompatibility with it. Thanks for your help.

In reply to: WordPress Reader showing posts as codeI’ve been using it for the last couple of years and it’s just changed. Can you answer me that James?
I’ve decided not to pursue this technical hitch any further as I can still access Reader elsewhere, but thanks for your help
It’s not a convenient time to do that just now, but I’ll let you know how it goes when I do. Thanks for your help.
That hasn’t worked. Should I uninstall and reinstall Chrome?
They were blocked James. I unblocked them but the situation is still the same.
Done as requested, but the notifications still don’t work
I did, and I’ve now disabled them again and left them disabled. I haven’t seen an improvement yet.
I’ve gone to Chrome Settings > More Tools > Extensions, and disabled. Am I missing something?

My website’s dashboard from where I can access everything. At the top of the page in the right hand corner next to my profile is a small logo (which looks a bit like a ‘comments’ symbol. If I click on that all the ‘comments, likes and follows appear. I’ve always used that facility to access other people I folllow and their comments about my pages. I still can on Edge and Firefox – but not Chrome. It’s only just recently stopped working.
Yes, I can access Reader through Edge and Firefox, and I’ve just realised that I can also access the Reader if I open up a separate tab in Google Chrome. What I can’t do though is use the Reader from my dashboard in Chrome.
I prefer to use Chrome for WordPress and and not the other browsers. I know it’s not a big deal, just irritating. Thanks

Hi Fotis,
There’s no error showing, it’s just not loading at all.
Thanks for your reply James.
I’ve done all what you’ve suggested and I still have the same problem with Google Chrome.
The version I’m using is 84.0.4147.125 (Official Build) (64-bit)
