In reply to: Navigation Deletes hourly Multi Site Super CacheAndrea I had to rebuild the network since we last spoke. It originally crashed on me and the network THEN was set up as individual sites connected together.
Now,The Front page, is a HTML file in my root Folder. The Multi Site is in a Folder under the same Root.

Now the sites are all virtual through the Multi Site Feature.
Should run on your laptop.

In reply to: Navigation Deletes hourly Multi Site Super CachePlease pardon the delay, I have been deleting the cache manually to Have the navigation re appear. The navigation on the home page deletes whenever a new post is made. I tried renaming the navigation, being that all sites use the same navigation name. Thought that may have something to do with it with no success.
Not sure what else this could be

In reply to: Navigation Deletes hourly Multi Site Super CacheI mentioned “Home” page because it is the only navigation menu affected by the cache. All other blogs still have the navigation menu…even when the Home page doesn’t.

In reply to: Videos Wont Upload from Phone (MultiSite)I have contact my host “Godaddy” about changing my max upload size with a “php5.ini” file…In most cases it seems to be php.ini
In my case I have PHP5 on my host and was told to make the file php5.ini
I have made those changes and now instead of a configuration error (using the wordpress app on my phone) I get a “parse error”
any ideas on what could be causing the parse error from the mobile wordpress app?

In reply to: Multi Site remove mapping (back end)Hi Andrea,
I Restructured the site and it seems to be running pretty smooth.Your insight gave me a clearer understanding of some things and I appreciate your time.
I still have some concerns with loading time, are there any plugins that will work with wp super cache to speed things up?
Anything you can suggest?
Regards

In reply to: Multi Site remove mapping (back end)Andrea,
Ive decided to restructure the network under a new directory. Ive completed roughly half of the network currently.
I would only ask for some direction on what plugins are good with a multi-site.
Previously I Installed the mu domain mapping plugin. Based off our message history you mentioned I was using it for the wrong reasons.
My Plan was to get the site looking as it should and install the “building” html file in the root directory, Once I have the structure correct I would add the mu-plugin……correct?

In reply to: Multi Site remove mapping (back end)How do you feel this could have been altered?
It was working until i placed the home.php file in the theme folder.
The navigation page I was trying to set as the home page links to other sites created thru the multi-site feature.(each site uses the same theme folder)
I could assume that is why the buttons linked back to the same navigation page
after all was said and done, I tried to log into my network admin and it doesn’t load.
I still have access to the 8 blogs, i just cannot access the network admin.
maindomain.com
index.html
index.php
home.php
& all the virtual blogs pointing to the same ip address….could that be a issue?
