To the original post author…I found the solution in the ‘Read this before posting’ thread of this discussion board.
If you go to the settings and check the boxes to prevent other plugins from hijacking the ‘from’ and ‘name’ email fields it should fix it. It did for me.
Instructions found here:
https://postmansmtp.com/invalid-to-or-reply-to-e-mail-address/Same issue here. Test emails, and emails generated from Woocommerce all work correctly. But Contact Form 7, WPForms, and the contact forms that are part of JetPack all won’t send.

I also have this problem w/ both the free & Pro versions of the plugin. Since 5.5 update attempting to send with the standard SMTP settings mode the site goes to a 502 timeout. I ended up installing a different SMTP mailer plugin, and with the same settings our emails are now working again without any timeouts.
I’m glad to hear you were able to replicate the issue. We’ve just purchased the pro version of the plugin and the problem is there as well, hopefully you guys are able to find a fix soon. Thanks!
Hi, thanks for getting back to me. We are still in development and can only give access via a test customer login. Is there some way I can give you a login that isn’t public here?
UPDATE – It was a conflict with another payment gateway plugin, removed that other plugin and now it’s good to go ??
I’m also experiencing this problem. The image that is set as the Featured Image does not zoom. The box to the right is generated and the magnifier box is showing up over the smaller image but the but the box to the right that should have the larger version is empty. Images added to the gallery work as expected.
**UPDATE**
I tried changing the featured image to a larger one, and that fixed the issue. But then I changed the featured image back to the original one and it still works…very strange. My original featured image was set using the woocommerce CSV Import and the featured image was loaded from the ‘uploads/product_images’ directory rather than the normal wordpress media library. When I set it back to that original image I uploaded it through the media library. I wonder if that has anything to do with the problem.- This reply was modified 4 years, 9 months ago by eastbank.
That worked ??
Thanks so much for the quick replies!
Hi there, yes I do have a template override folder in my theme. There was only the ‘members-grid.php’ template in there.
Here’s what I tried – both of these didn’t make any difference:
1. Added ‘members.php’ into the override directory and removed the ‘members-grid.php’ file.2. Grabbed a new copy of ‘members-grid.php’ from the plugin and put it in the override directory
I looked around the admin and didn’t see any way of assigning these, I assume they are automatically used if the override folder exists in the theme.
Thanks!
You bet, here you go:

In reply to: [White Label CMS] Accidentally locked myself out…Hi there, sorry I was not more clear in my response.
After creating the new administrator account, I logged in using that account but was still not able to access the White Label CMS settings using that new account.

In reply to: [White Label CMS] Accidentally locked myself out…Thank you for the quick reply! Sadly, this did not work. I’m still not seeing the White Label CMS option in the Settings menu or several other menus that I’ve hidden using the plugin.
Thanks again for your help ??
Thanks, I’m not sure it needs to be that complex.
I understand that I’ll need to do some custom coding in the form, but I’m using the default ‘event-categories’ taxonomy.
Maybe if I explain a bit more a simple solution can be revealed.
I have categories A, B, and C. When a user searches for events using the form generated by the [event_search_form] shortcode, I only want results from category A to ever be presented.
I would imagine this should be fairly simple, since there is the option to add negative category IDs into the [events_list] shortcode.
I have purchased the pro version, would posting this in the pro support forum be a better place to ask?
Thanks!
Awesome, thanks guys. It was probably something like Charlie is saying.
