In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Acceptance of form a bit randomThank you so much! I was able to find the issue. I had left off the “value” of the default selection on one of my dropdowns. So it only messed up when someone chose that particular value.
I really appreciate your help!

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Acceptance of form a bit randomOK, for starters, it looks like there have been a gazillion spam submissions. How do we prevent those? I’m sure MailChimp does not want to receive them. Then, it says “Your merge fields were invalid.” I didn’t think anything had been changed, but I can check that.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More Than Just a Page Builder] JS errorUPDATE: Mine turned out to be a conflict with Essential Grid. Fortunately, I wasn’t using it for anything, so I disabled it and will remove it completely. Elementor works fine now.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More Than Just a Page Builder] JS errorI also am getting this error, and I’m unable to update one of the background images in Elementor.
Thank you so much! I didn’t have that box checked to show those settings.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Credit Card Payments Double Form FieldsYou are so sweet! Thank you! I’ve actually downgraded and hope they find a fix before I accidentally upgrade again! But I will keep this fix in case I need it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Credit Card Payments Double Form FieldsI have the same issue and was told by your customer service agent it’s me not the plugin. But it happened right after the plugin update from 2.8.3 to 2.9.0. Has a resolution been found? Should I contact you again and hope to get a different agent? It would be helpful to others if the resolution was posted here.
Awesome! Thank you so much for your quick response.
Thank you so much! That gave me the information I needed to get it fixed. For anyone else with this issue, I didn’t realize that my form had to be set up exactly as I’ve got the merge tags set up in MailChimp. I made two fields that were supposed to be dropdowns into text fields, and MailChimp was looking for specific field values for them so was unhappy when it didn’t get them.
