Do you mean that you want to disable comments for posts/pages?
If so…
Try going to All Posts and All Pages on your dashboard, select all posts/pages you want to disable comments from, go to the bottom and select “Bulk Actions” and then choose “Edit”, then go over to “Comments” and click the drop-down menu and select “Do not allow.”
