Thanks for your response Phil, however, if you click on the link of any other download, the image is showing on the product pages of ALL of the downloads with the exception of those 2. I did not create them any differently. There is no other user but me, my customer doesn’t know how to use WordPress. Any other ideas?

No, when you click on menu items, the page does not slide slowly down or slowly up to each menu item as seen in demo. It goes abruptly from item to item.
