I have spoken to GoDaddy and Host9 and all of the settings are correct. they are now stating it is something in WordPress that needs to be corrected. I have uninstalled and reinstalled WordPress 2x.

I deleted the dB
Turned off autoupdate for EVERYTHING
and ran a new install and…. I am in! FINALLY!!!
