In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cannot add second item to cartYou were right on the button, so to speak :).
Hugely appreciated – thank you!!!Hi,
How are the user roles changed? Is this by an admin or via a plugin?
– The user roles are changed within admin/dashboard/users.Does the notification work if the admin changes the users role manually?
– No. When the user role is changed manually this function/process works correctly. But the generation of the associated email notification is irratic (generates occassionally, and only to random email addresses)Do you have an SMTP plugin, such as Post SMTP?Yes
– No. We have not installed an SMTP pluginHi,
Thank you for responding.
We have just launched this website for a client.How often do user’s roles change?
– Once or twice at the most (following signup/registration on the website)How many users does your site have?
– The website has 90 registrations within the last couple of days. This will probably grow to thousandsHave often is your site visited, either on the back-end or front-end?
– Back-end: A web master could be visiting the backend 10 – 20 times per day
– Front-end: Visitor or users could visit hundreds of times a dayForum: Plugins

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Youst seo google meta tagHi Michael,
Thank you for responding.
I have been able to get the site google verified in the google search console by ftp uploading the google verification html file to my website files.
However, in the WP dashboard/youst/seo/search console, I am unable to get Youst to accept the google authorisation/verification code I get from the google search console ‘alternative method’ section.
Below is the information that the google search console ‘alternative method’ section displays
1. Copy the meta tag below, and paste it into your site’s home page. It should go in the <head> section, before the first <body> section.
<meta name=”google-site-verification” content=”udQHo5oSAgQ0ysJebmk0XjgFvQ3rI7qIETNiJI803-g” />This is what I enter in the WP dashboard/youst/seo/search console

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce 3.3.0Hi Gerhard,
Thank you for your expertise. I forwarded your comments to Themeisle. Below is their response:
Hi Tim,
Thank you for contacting us! The latest WooCommerce version added some new options, like the option to select the number of products per row on the shop page https://prnt.sc/i85n6n .And the default value for that is 3. Zerif Lite was designed for a number of 4 products per row, and at this moment the code we added for that, makes it not look the best with 3 products per row. But we’ll work on fixing this compatibility issue in the next days. Until then, the best solution would be to try to select the 4 products per row option, to be sure everything looks ok on all devices.
And I’ll let you know when everything is ready for every option in WooCommerce.
Thank you for understanding.??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce 3.3.0Hi Caleb,
Thank you for your assistance!
I have made adjustments but do not seem to be able to resolve the padding between product images in the second row i.e. the first and second images on the second row have no space between them.
I would appreciate any ideas on how to resolve this?
Thank you.

Below is the code – it may be helpful for someone else ??ul.product_list_widget li {
list-style-type: none;
}
.elementor-widget-container span.product-title{display:block;}
ul.product_list_widget {
padding-left: 0;
margin-left: 0;

Task to solve
– move/locate the ‘product title’ below the product image (in desktop view)
– control the container height of the woocommerce product widget
– remove the dot that displays to the left side of the image (so that all the contents are centred evenly)Any help would be super appreciated!!!
