    Dan,
    Which plugin would accommodate media mail? We have books but also other products. If the cart contains one book, we want media mail listed as a choice. If the cart contains books but also other items, we don’t want media mail given as an option.

    If these rates are the commercial rates, do I qualify when printing shipping labels from the WooCommerce Shipping and Tax plug-in? Do I need something like Stamps.com to qualify? I have registered with USPS for the USPS API tools.

    One more question: First-class retail package service to zone 8 per USPS website for 7 ounces is $5.00. Your app gives a quote of $3.92. Is this a discounted rate? If so, where do I find this rate on the USPS website?
