Hello, unfortunately we are experiencing a similar issue (with the latest 1.25 version) where even if we don’t have a video for the product – the image preview order is not correct. Basically clicking on an image from the gallery thumbnails does not show the image that was clicked but the previous one. The theme we are using is Flatsome. If we disable the option to show the video as first, everything works as expected.

We have just tested it and it works brilliantly… Thank you so much for your support and effort!

I think they are not using letsencrypt for ssl certificates. It is really annoying because the fix takes 2 minutes to implement (renew the certificate) and it’s been 2 days without any response from their side. What is more, obviously they don’t have any monitoring set up to verify that the plugin plugin health is good.
