In reply to: Can’t get into my WordPress blogI’m a newbie at computer langue. I have a back up copy of my old database on my desktop. Right now I have all the files from the new website in a root folder. I don’t know how to change the credentials in wp-config.php to point to that one instead of the new one. What do you mean by “point to that one instead of the new one? Should I place the old database that is in it own folder with the new files that are in a separate folder in the root folder?
Macintosh HD/Applications/MAMP/htdocs/document root folder.
I’ve been following this video the best that I can.
