Good point, I made an error with the rating. I do like the idea of the plugin though, analytics should be fully integrated with wordpress. Hope they fix this soon.
Thanks for the fix.
I manually downgraded to 1.2 which I had on my side of the ftp and I ran the automatic upgrade on wordpress through the site. Downgrading brought stats back and they’ve been working all day, for some reason the new plugin is not working correctly with server side for displaying the stats.
Odd that someone reported that it works through an ios app… which I’ve never used. I only view stats through my browsers be it chrome, firefox or opera mobile.
Anyways, you have the option of downgrading or waiting until it’s fixed.
Same problem here, I just downgraded to the old jetpack and the stats work fine and have been collected throughout the day. Appears there’s some compatibility problem with the new jetpack and the server side. Either downgrade for the time being or wait until the issue is resolved. I’m pretty sure based on my downgrade experience that the actual stats are just fine.

In reply to: JetPack Plugin IssuesYeah I also discovered some issues with my plugins and gave up on using wp-spamfree after many years of usage in the process. It seems like this Jetpack revision is definitely playing havoc with other plugins. I don’t think this is how a production release should go for such a major plugin.

In reply to: JetPack Plugin Issuestxhoudini, see if you can locate that file on your server. It’s possible (though unlikely) the upgrade didn’t go well in your case. I’m not sure about mine because I actually reverted to an older version then manually removed all of Jetpack and then added it back manually. Cool domain name though, it’s very … skeptical!

In reply to: JetPack Plugin IssuesOK found solution
Deactivate all your plugins, re-activate Jetpack only, then connect.
After you get it all working right reactivate the rest of your plugins.
Good luck.

In reply to: JetPack Plugin IssuesJetpack was broken earlier due to an upgrade. Hopefully they fix it soon. In the meantime it shows the drawback to such a behemoth plugin and how reliant we are upon it when it breaks. Definitely food for thought and if I’ll keep using it in the future.

In reply to: Problem displaying link list on my siteSo I’ve learned more about this issue, or namely the plugins which I’m using. The stuff which I thought was from within WordPress is actually ShareDaddy from the Jetpack plugin. At first everything worked great, then I upgraded to a version I found which has a G+ button. This caused my link pirntout to not function again while I’m logged in.
Any help on why this is happening is appreciated.
I’m considering abandoning my theme and upgrading to another theme. I’ve not tested to see if it’s related to this though I doubt it.

In reply to: Problem displaying link list on my siteOK today I disabled the plugin I was using and instead started using the stuff offered within wordpress to share. The links problem is no longer evident to me, still blows my mind how this could happen. Wish I had time to dig around the code.

In reply to: Problem displaying link list on my siteOK tried final plugin Facebook Share (New) Button – this also breaks the links page now even when logged out. I’m going to have to live with my original problem it seems unless someone can suggest a technical solution.
